Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the fulfillment of orders. Buyers agree to pay for items they purchase.

3. Fees & commissions

Sellers pay subscription fees and per-sale commissions as described on the pricing page.

4. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, counterfeit goods, and unlawful items are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
